Kayla, B12 LOVE RN, specializes in Medical Weight Loss and Aesthetics. She offers expertise in Medical Weight Loss Peptide injections, Microneedling, Microneedling with PRP, PRP Hair Restoration, Botox®, and Jeuveau®.

Heyleeng has been part of the B12 LOVE team for seven years and remains committed to the betterment of the company. Originally from Nicaragua, Heyleeng is a proud mother of two beautiful children. With experience in health care and social work, plus her passion for family, working as a B12 LOVE Lounge Manager comes naturally to her.
