Meet Cleo Ackley – B12 LOVE Novato and Mill Valley Location Manager. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she is both a licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist. Cleo has an extensive background in management for private and franchised businesses. She is LOVE-d for her outgoing personality and willingness to help her co-workers whenever needed. Although Cleo has been with the team for just nine months, it feels like she’s been part of the B12 Love family since the beginning.
Why did you want to work at B12 LOVE?
“I wanted to work at B12 LOVE because I LOVE-d the fact that the company is family-owned and operated. My personal and professional values and goals align with the values and goals of B12 LOVE. I also see the growth opportunities and couldn’t wait to contribute!”

“I LOVE working at B12 LOVE because of the people I work with on a day-to-day basis. I am grateful to be working for such a supportive and understanding company.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I enjoy cooking, baking, trying new recipes, and cooking on Facetime with my friends! I also LOVE spending time with my family & LOVE-d ones.”

“I have so much more energy! Prior to receiving the services at B12 LOVE, I would drink three cups of coffee a day. Now, I am down to one and sometimes even just half a cup – if I’m staying on top of my weekly shots!”
What is your favorite service at B12 LOVE and why?
“My favorite service is our Slim & Trim with Extra Hydration. As I get older, I want to make sure my metabolism is working optimally. I also LOVE NAD+! I want to age gracefully, and I LOVE the energy I get with my NAD+ 100mg shot.”
What are your top 3 favorite products at B12 LOVE and why?
“Picking just three products is so hard! My top 3 products: first, has to be Lavela WS 1265. I take it everyday. It has helped with my anxiety so much. I am happy that I don’t have to use prescription medication and that I can take it as needed.
“I can’t live without H.A. Intensifier from SkinCeuticals since my skin needs all the hydration it can get. I LOVE how plump my skin looks when I use it! The trick is to use it on damp skin for the best effect.
“My third pick has to be L-Carnitine by Ortho Molecular. One of my health goals is to maintain a healthy weight and ensure my metabolism is working optimally. L-Carnitine helps me achieve that goal and allows me to supplement in between my Slim & Trim IV services.”

“My dream B12 LOVE event would be facials, a good blow out, and IVs with a small intimate group of friends and family.”
