Lalena began her journey with B12 LOVE as the Location Manager of our Mill Valley Lounge. With an extensive background in the medspa and plastic surgery industries, she played a key role in launching and managing what began as B12 LOVE Luxe Services – now evolved into our Natural Aesthetics and Functional Medicine Healthcare offerings.
Her dedication, industry expertise, and compassionate approach have made her an invaluable member of the B12 LOVE team, supporting both our clients and staff every step of the way.
Why did you want to join the B12 LOVE team?
“I wanted to join the B12 LOVE team because I really wanted to be in a position that I felt good about and believed in, and where I could truly help others become the best version of themselves.”

“I LOVE working here because of the comradery among the staff, both past and present. We all share the same goal of helping others.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I LOVE gardening, horseback riding, and exploring the world!”
What is your favorite service at B12 LOVE?
“I LOVE ALL OUR SERVICES, but I do have a favorite injection: NAD+ with CoQ10 – it makes me feel like Superwoman! When I feel low, I let Kayla take charge and get whatever IV she suggests.”
What is your favorite B12 LOVE product?
“I LOVE Neurologix™ because I notice immediate results. It has improved my mood and focus throughout the day. It has also really helped me with my menopause fogginess. I first tried it at one of our nutrient and supplement classes with Dr. Shannon and Dr. Tara, and… OMG. It was immediate!”
