Service Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you purchased a services package, you can request a refund for the unused portion within 30 days of the sale date with a valid reason. After 30 days, the unused portion of the purchase may only be transferred to another client or exchanged for a B12 LOVE gift card.
Product Refund Policy
Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Cancellation Policy for IV Drips and Luxe Consultations
Every client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give a 24-hour notice may result in a $50 fee.
No-Show Policy for IV Drips or Luxe Consultations
No-shows will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Missed appointments are hard on our staff and leave other guests waiting. Our policies, including our 24-hour cancellation period, give us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients. If you have to cancel within this period, please let us know as soon as possible.
Late Appointment Policy for IV Drips and Luxe Consultations
We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule.
Right to Refuse Service Policy
The safety of our team members and our clients is our top priority. As such, B12 LOVE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes, but is not limited to: lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (e.g., a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/disruptive behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
Kindness Policy
Our team members and clients are like family to us. In our continuing mission of providing a healthy and positive environment for our B12 LOVE family, we will not tolerate aggressive, rude, or offensive behavior of any kind. If a B12 LOVE team member feels that you are not respecting our Kindness Policy, we will ask you to permanently leave our premises.
Pet Policy
We LOVE our animal friends, but unfortunately, due to health and safety requirements, we cannot allow pets into areas where medical services are performed. Unless your pet is a Registered ADA Service Animal, it must remain outside the Lounge.

This is our Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) for use of the B12 LOVE website (“Website”).
