Meet Catherine – Registered Nurse and Assistant Manager at B12 LOVE Campbell. Catherine has been working as an RN for over four years, with experience as a Psychiatric Nurse in addition to her time with B12 LOVE. She finds joy as a dance instructor and competing in Scottish Highland Dancing. In her 12 years of experience in dance, she has competed both nationally and internationally at several impressive venues, including Disney World, Disneyland Paris, and as a part of the dance team at the Virginia International Tattoo. Catherine’s experience as an RN and in dance makes her a valuable asset to B12 LOVE, especially in aiding our clients in sports performance, muscle recovery, and injury prevention and treatment. We absolutely LOVE having her on the B12 LOVE team!
Why did you want to work at B12 LOVE?
“I applied to work at the San Jose pop-up spontaneously. I was at a difficult junction in life and one of the paths before me was to work at B12 LOVE. I had no prior knowledge of the place, just a friendly push and recommendation from a client of the location. The wellness field was new to me, but I quickly warmed to it. This space that B12 LOVE had created I felt fulfilled in, and I became truly passionate about it.”
Why do you LOVE working at B12 LOVE?
“First, is my coworkers. We have become a family and it means so much to be supported by them and to have become lifelong friends. Secondly, it is very fulfilling to see clients improve on a week by week basis from my recommendations and education. Lastly, I enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge base on the science behind supplementation, from deep diving into the physiological mechanisms of actions to researching and studying peer-reviewed journal articles on nutrients.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“Other than teaching dance, I spend a significant portion of time practicing dance, training in the gym, or participating in fitness classes. I am an avid reader. One of my goals is to become a published poet, so every 2-3 months I send in poetry to be considered for publication.”
How have B12 LOVE services and products improved your hobbies outside of work?
“In preparation for several large competitions, I made sure to get the “Inflamed Athlete” infusion, which helped me perform my best.”
What is your favorite service at B12 LOVE?
“My favorite service B12 LOVE offers would have to be the IVs, and to name a few specifically: Inflamed Athlete and Kick Butt Immune. I think IVs are extremely beneficial to all individuals because 1) they provide much-needed hydration and mineral concentration, and 2) they provide a wide variety of nutrients at high concentrations, vital for long-term wellness.”

The cocktails provide the ease of a single injection, but still pack a punch with three complementary nutrients that can heavily target a single goal or extend to benefit several aspects of life.”
If you could plan your dream event with B12 LOVE, what would it entail?
“I think it would be cool to have a weekly pop-up location inside one of Google’s office locations where we could offer injections and IVs.”
